Retirement improvement (1)

Hello, Two suggestions that might help the game advance: 1. I have two players who announced their retirement at the start of the season. One is 36, which makes sense, but the other is 30. That might be a bit early? I don't know how the retirement age is being determined. 2. It would be good if it is very visible when players are retiring. Now I could drop the 30 YO on the TL and sell him, whilst the other player not knowing he stops at the end of the season?
